Our goal at Me Time is to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as
easy and hassle-free as possible. We want you to shop in confidence knowing
that your purchase is always 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Because we
understand the intricacies of women’s apparel and accessories as they relate
to style, fit, color, etc. we will happily exchange your items or issue you
a purchase-price refund, not including any associated shipping charges. All
returns and exchanges must be claimed within 15 days of the delivery of your
merchandise.
Consumer Me Time Returns and Exchanges
In the rare occurrence that we ship you incorrect or defective merchandise
we will issue a UPS call tag and replace the merchandise free of charge.
If you are looking to exchange your item for a different size, color or
style you are responsible for filling out a Returns/Exchange Form and
shipping your item(s) back to us and upon receipt in satisfactory condition
we will ship out your replacement item(s).
