Ok la!

the Yoga classes at space feature, Flow, Hatha and Ashtanga. The instructors are pretty good, though their levels of English differ. Generally they cater towards beginner/average yogi's and for 650 pm annual membership or 800 pm pay as you go, its reasonable if you go 2-3 times a week or use the other facilities.

Good quality gym, convenient for ICC / Elements workers

The gym is clean, bright and has a good range of equipment. The change rooms are a good size, with nice and big clean showers and towels. Can become a little crowded around lunchtimes, but otherwise you pretty much have the place to yourself. Very decent price as far as gyms go these days. Includes classes, but poor booking system means that unless you are one of the first people to 'write down your name' you miss out (they don't seem to enforce a ban on booking for those who don't show up or cancel last minute).

Hardly Spacious....

I work in ICC, so this gym is a convenient (5m away) way of breaking up my stressful work day. Its very corporate, so has good machines and basic weights. Gets busy lunch times, but otherwise generally quiet, so easy to get to machines. I like to do Oly lifting, some deadlifts, cleans stuff like that, it has one squat rack which is always in use, so can't get super serious. The staff are useless, frankly walk around like protein drinking Zombies
