On time, great service, and good quality.
I have been going to the CWB Nude for all of this year. After my son was born I didn't have time to go to Central for waxing and needed somewhere close to home. I was going on holiday and planned to use Nude as a one off but won't go elsewhere now. They have always been on time and Carolyn is friendly and exceptionally good at waxing. It's a little annoying that you need to ring the mainline and then be transferred to CWB shop but that is a small peev. I plan to do laser with Caroline once I finish having kids. It is the average price of a wax in HK but I buy a package and it works out slightly cheaper.
Book with Caroline she is great.

Facials & Laser Hair Removal
Pauline is an expert facialist. She highlighted a few issues that no other facialist has picked up on. She also does waxing and laser and makes you feel very comfortable despite both being awkward at the best of times.
