Red Rocket Prepare cocktail(martini) glass by moistening the rim with orange slice and rolling in cinnamon-sugar Combine liquid ingredients over ice in boston glass and shake well. Strain into prepared glass and garnish with flamed orange peel. |

Apple Cider Margarita
Rim Martini Glass with Sugar in the Raw.
Fill with Ice. In a shaker mix the following ingredients: 4 oz Cuervo Gold 2 oz Cointreau 1 tbsp Crème de Cassis ½ tsp of lemon juice ½ C of Apple Cider Shake and Strain over small amount of ice cubes |

Exquisite Eggnog 4 eggs, separated (use only Grade AA) 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla extract 4 C. (1 quart) homogenized milk 1 C. bourbon or brandy optional Nutmeg In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks until thick and light. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, salt, vanilla, and milk. In small bowl, beat egg whites to soft peaks; gently fold into sweetened condensed milk mixture. If desired, stir in bourbon or brandy. Chill. Pour into chilled punch bowl or serving cups. Garnish with nutmeg. Refrigerate any leftovers. Yields 2 quarts |
