This page provides information on how to delete your account depending on whether you are a patient using our mobile app or a provider using our website services.Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our systems. What happens when you delete your account?

• Permanent Deletion: All your data, including profile information, appointments, media files and settings, will be permanently deleted.
• Irreversible: This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
• Service Access: You will no longer have access to any services or features that require an account.

Steps to Delete Your Account:

If you are a provider using our website, account deletion is handled manually by our support team to ensure data integrity and security. To request account deletion:

• Contact Us Directly

Please email our support team at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line: “Provider Account Deletion Request.”

• Provide Account Information

In your email, include your full name, clinic name, and any other relevant account details to verify your identity.

• Allow Processing Time

After receiving your request, our team will process the account deletion. This process may take several business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once the account has been permanently deleted.

If you are a patient using our mobile app, you have the option to delete your account directly within the app. Here’s how:

• Log into your Account

Open the app and log in with your credentials to access your account settings.

• Navigate to Profile Settings

Once logged in, go to the Profile Settings section, found at the bottom of Profile.

• Select Delete Account

Under the account settings options, select “Delete Account.” This action will permanently delete your account and all associated data.

• Confirm Deletion

Follow the prompt to confirm your decision. Please note, once deleted, your account and data cannot be restored.
